With such a classic recipe as brownies it is hard to make it any better, but this recipe is one of the best you can find. - 4 ounces chocolate squares, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup cannabutter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of white chocolate (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a bowl, melt the unsalted butter and the chocolate squares in a microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
Next add the cannabutter and microwave for 10 seconds and stir until mixed well.
Mix in the sugar, eggs, and the extracts.
After mixing well add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
Spread the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Top with white chocolate if desired.( I like to stir it into mine as well as sprinkle it on top)
Bake for 25-30 min or until set.
